A corner of my life dedicated to my love for fitness and healthy, yet delicious, food. It's not a diet or a New Year's resolution - it's my way of life.

I work out 5-6x a week and am committed to eating organic, local, and as fresh as possible.

Just so you know, I'm no doctor or licensed dietician. Everything I've learned is what my dad has taught me (he's 51, looks 40, still has an 8-pack, and has more energy than you), and from what I've discovered from trying out several different diet plans, exercise programs, and nutritional guidelines. But, hey, I'm not here to convince anyone.

I recently took the Whole30 challenge that ended on December 1st. Amazingly, it really made a huge difference in my life, my energy levels, my skin appearance, and in my weight, that I've continued to follow the Whole30 nutrition to some degree.

I've never felt better.
